Lovely Rita, Meter Maid

Living in the City Rookie Mistake #1-  Putting money in the parking meter on the weekend, when it's free.  Springfield didn't have meters and I don't think I've ever parked on the street in downtown Stl, how was I supposed to know?!  Oh well, you're welcome Nashville for my generous donation of $1.50 in change.
