Pretty much anything can be turned into an adornment of some kind. Like these two lovely ladies: the first used a classic bandana as a headband tied ninja style (or hippie for you more gentle folk), and the second used what looks like a piece of scrap fabric.
And for my go-round I chose to go with a necktie. Kindof ended up having a flapper turned pirate vibe.
