Boatloads of Blue

This winter when it was cold and the outdoors was filled with dreary misery, I wrote several posts about the many delights of summer.  I suppose it is only fair to return the favor to winter now that it's summer.  As much as I despise the arctic months, the beginning of autumn, when the first faint signs the cold is coming begins to show, is rather enjoyable.  Those days when you hear the rustling of fallen leaves under your feet, a slight chill blows on the wind, and you can lose the morning-needed jacket by lunchtime.
