Traces of Misadventure

Day Two of the 100+ degree heat.  The government should provide free pool-cool-down access to everyone as part of a social well being program.  If I ever run for President, this will be a highlight of my platform.  Of course, people can't just run around town in their swimsuits to get to said pool-cool-down; coverups will be required.
