Of High Waist and Slender Purse

One thing I've noticed about Nashvillian females is that they like shorts, especially ones of the high-waisted variety.  Everywhere else, you're either a) a grandma or woman over sixty, b) wish you lived in the eighties,  or c) are super hipster and probably also wearing plastic tortoiseshell frames while carrying around an slr camera.  Here, not so much.  I can't really decide if I'm on board or not.
