Never Gonna Grow Up All the Way

I saw this picture on my fashion blog circuit a few days ago and was very intrigued by the look.  I feel like this is what I would look like if I were blond and living on a beach.  I mean, she's got the woven bracelet-covered wrists, colorful shorts, the big sweater to contrast the shorts, and, the newest addition to my look, a really awesome hairwrap.  That's right, I'm bringing back the third grade, symbol-that-you-just-went-on-vacation hair accessory.  So far, I like it even better than the hair feathers.
