Not All Who Wander Are Lost

My latest foray of art+fashion began with an old off-white tank dress, a bottle of black fabric paint, a few thin paintbrushes, and a couple detailed maps.

I had the vague idea in mind of starting on the front lower left with a map of Middle Earth, the land featured in The Lord of the Rings, and having it trail upwards over the pocket and transition into a map of Hyrule on the upper back, which is the home of the creatures in the videogame Zelda: Ocarina of Time.  A project I had been wanting to complete for a long time, I now have a perfectly acceptable nerd dress that looks great with a pair of gladiators and a black belt.
